ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER
            Minimum Qualifications:

            aegis-bullet-20  High School Diploma or equivalent.
            aegis-bullet-20  Must have experience soldering electronic components to printed circuit boards.
            aegis-bullet-20  Knowledgeable in soldering to J-STD and IPC standards a plus.
            aegis-bullet-20  Capable of reading and comprehending electronic circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical
                  assembly drawings, bills of material, and build routers.
            aegis-bullet-20  Able to fabricate wiring harnesses with solder or crimp pins and connectors.
            aegis-bullet-20  Perform rework of populated printed circuit boards.
            aegis-bullet-20  Must have mechanical ability and able to use hand tools to assemble cases and chassis.
 

 
ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN

             Minimum Qualifications

            aegis-bullet-20 2 year AS Degree in Electronics or equivalent.
            aegis-bullet-20  Must have experience testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic circuit boards.
            aegis-bullet-20  Good computer skills in Windows.
            aegis-bullet-20  Abilities in Excel, Word, Autocad, Pcad a Plus.
            aegis-bullet-20  Working knowledge of and ability to use test equipment.
            aegis-bullet-20  Aptitude to learn how to perform manual bench tests and computer controlled testing.
            aegis-bullet-20  Ability to assist in the writing and implementation of test procedures.
            aegis-bullet-20  Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing to the component level with minimal assistance.
 

 
PROJECT ENGINEER

            Minimum Qualifications:

            aegis-bullet-20  4 year BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
            aegis-bullet-20  Must have experience in electronic circuit design.
            aegis-bullet-20  Able to perform design and analysis to provide a high reliable power supply.
            aegis-bullet-20  Capable of drawing readable/usable electrical schematics required to support the design.
            aegis-bullet-20  Develop/draw readable and usable mechanical drawings supporting the design.
            aegis-bullet-20  Able to manage and control documentation.
            aegis-bullet-20  Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Etc.)
            aegis-bullet-20  Able to use P-Spice circuit analysis software and AutoCAD drafting software.
            aegis-bullet-20  Have a working knowledge of and ability to use test equipment.
            aegis-bullet-20  Ability to write and implement test procedures.
            aegis-bullet-20  Capable of performing manual bench tests and computer controlled testing.
            aegis-bullet-20  Be able to perform and operate ATP and data logging test equipment.
            aegis-bullet-20  Have an aptitude to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuit board level problems.
            aegis-bullet-20  Understand UL1950, UL60590, and Military Specifications as they relate to the design.
            aegis-bullet-20  Generate Bills of Material, schematics, and assembly drawings for building routers.
            aegis-bullet-20  Seek ways to improve design and cut costs on the project.
