Power Systems serves customers in a wide field of
custom power supply markets and and applications. Today's customers require a multi-layered approach to their
service needs from easy and fast ordering of small
quantities, to a requirement of large quantities, or to having a long term
contract commitment. We can service all these customer's needs. |
Product Line Catalog:
AEGIS Power Systems does not
publish a hard copy catalog nor price list for our Power Supply Product
Solutions.
Custom Power Supplies are
described on our web site for many of the power supply and power converter
solutions we have provided and built to order to our customer's needs and
specifications. We can reproduce these same custom power supplies, or
tailor one of the portrayed custom power supplies to your specific needs and
requirements, and of course we can design a completely new power solution to
your specifications from
"Concept to Finished Product".
Standard Power Supplies
are described on the web site with their price lists available in down
loadable PDF format. These supplies are available much sooner than custom
built supplies as they have already been designed, field proven, and parts
stocked in our inventory "Stock to Build". Standard power supply
products can be modified or customized to fit customer's specific needs or
requirements and generally have a quicker delivery time to the customer than
a new design.

Technical Support:
Each of our products have a qualified project engineer
assigned to it that can answer all questions concerning that
particular product during development and after manufacture. All
AEGIS
Products carry a two year warranty from date of
shipment, and our highly trained support team can respond to all nature of
difficulties that may evolve after product purchase.
Our association with Vicor and their technical
support team staffed with applications engineers provide
product, application, and technical assistance to customer's
needs concerning Vicor components; which are an integral part of our power
supply product
line. |

All our products are 100% tested for operational ability and to
our Acceptance Test Performance of meeting the designed specifications.
During production, all power supply units are inspected at key points and
depending on complexity of design, they may be electrically tested at
appropriate production stages. The periodic inspections, electrical testing,
final quality inspection, and extended operation at elevated temperature
after production, all ensure a quality product to our customer.
AEGIS products are EMC/EMI compliant
to either the FCC or MIL-STD-461 emissions standards using our own test
equipment and shielded room test cell.
Products can be designed and
tested to MIL-STD-810 Environmental Standards as required.
Products are Temperature and Humidity tested to specifications and
guidelines using our own testing equipment. Other specified testing
such as shock and vibration are done by a qualified and certified testing
laboratory close to our facility. |
Warranty, Terms, and
Conditions:
The AEGIS standard warranty is for two years from day
of shipment from AEGIS.
The standard terms are Net 30 days FOB Murphy, North
Carolina.
