AEGIS Standard Power Supply product line
uses Vicor's power module technology of Zero Current Switching and Zero Voltage
Switching. Vicor power module converters operate with efficiencies greater than 80% and power densities ten or more times
those of conventional switch-mode or switching converters. Using the Vicor Brick
Converters we can offer the widest range of input voltages, output voltages,
and power levels in the industry.
The AEGIS family of Standard Power
Supply Solutions offers the user a
new concept in power supply customization. Power solutions with a wide
variety of input and output ranges are available using the advanced power
processing and power density of the Vicor module. Configuration
flexibility, high power density, high reliability, and fast time to market
is the benefit of our proven technologies. Our product line provides
complete, turnkey DC-DC Power Supplies, AC-DC Power Supplies, DC-DC Power Converter systems, and DC input filter
solutions. AC-DC power supplies are complete AC-DC power solutions
that include Auto-ranging of input voltage and frequency, PFC input modules,
parallel redundant operation, low standby power dissipation, and AC line
filters. Needs of the most sophisticated power supply user can be met.

Electric Vehicle Power Supplies
(DC-DC Power Supply)
Electric Vehicle DC-DC power converters convert the
high voltage 336VDC battery output voltages to the lower bus voltage required by the vehicle. Standard power supply outputs include 12VDC, 13.8VDC, 24VDC, 28VDC, 48VDC with
standard power out of 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, and 3000W.
Power converters are available in air cooled or liquid cooled configurations with CanBus monitoring, high temp shutdown and alarm, cable disconnect, and remote output disable available.

Single or Dual Slot (3U / 6U x 4HP)DC-DC power converter cards available with input ranges of 18-36VDC, 22-29VDC,
250-280VDC with outputs configurable to +3.3VDC, +5VDC, +12VDC, and -12VDC. These high efficiency low weight VME converters have output
power available from 202W-650W depending on configuration.
Power
converter cards are available as plate cooled or air cooled with wedgelock or rack mount clips

(AC-DC Power Supply)
Card Slot VME power supply power converter cards with an input range of 95VAC-250VAC at 60Hz or 400Hz
Mil-Std-704F with outputs configurable to +3.3VDC, +5VDC, +12VDC, and
-12VDC. These robust power solutions meet Mil-Std-810F Method 514.5 Proc.1 and Method 516.5 Proc. 1 Vibration and Shock specifications.
These power supplies will provide 450W output power when operated at 220VAC input within -40șC to +85șC temp range. Power cards meet Mil-Std-461E, CE102 and CS101 EMI specs.
Aegis Power Systems VME Power Supplies are the higher output, higher efficiency and lower weight answer to the available conventional VME Power Card technology.
