ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER

Minimum Qualifications:
          ¨  High School Diploma or equivalent.
            ¨     Must have experience soldering electronic components to printed circuit boards.
             ·    
Knowledgeable in soldering to J-STD and IPC standards a plus.
             ·  
 Capable of reading and comprehending electronic circuit schematics, wiring diagrams,
              mechanical assembly drawings, bills of material, and build routers.

             ·    
Able to fabricate wiring harnesses with solder or crimp pins and connectors.
             ·   
Perform rework of populated printed circuit boards.
             ·   
Must have mechanical ability and able to use hand tools to assemble cases and chassis.


E
LECTRONIC TECHNICIAN

Minimum Qualifications:
         ¨     2 year AS Degree in Electronics or equivalent.
           ¨    Must have experience testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic circuit boards.
            ·     
Good computer skills in Windows XP.  Abilities in Excel, Word, Autocad, Pcad a Plus.
            · 
 Working knowledge of and ability to use test equipment.
            · 
Aptitude to learn how to perform manual bench tests and computer controlled testing.
            · 
Ability to assist in the writing and implementation of test procedures.
            ·  Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing to the component level with minimal assistance.


PROJECT ENGINEER

Minimum Qualifications:
         ¨     4 year BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
           ¨     
Must have experience in electronic circuit design.
            ·       
Able to perform design and analysis to provide a high reliable power supply.
            ·       
Capable of drawing readable and usable electrical schematics required to support the design.
            ·       
Develop/draw readable and usable mechanical drawings supporting the design.
            ·       
Able to manage and control documentation.
            ·       
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Etc.)
            ·       
Able to use P-Spice circuit analysis software and AutoCAD drafting software.
            ·       
Have a working knowledge of and ability to use test equipment.
            ·       
Ability to write and implement test procedures.
            ·       
Capable of performing manual bench tests and computer controlled testing.
            ·       
Be able to perform and operate ATP and data logging test equipment.
            ·       
Have an aptitude to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuit board level problems.
            ·       
Understand UL1950, UL60590, and Military Specifications as they relate to the design.
            ·       
Generate Bills of Material, schematics, and assembly drawings for building routers.
            ·       
Seek ways to improve design and cut costs on the project.
